Proven Leadership
Judy Walcott, Managing Partner, has over 25 years of expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. She has excelled at finding efficiencies, fueling growth, and elevating the talent acquisition function within organizations. Judy has vast experience in RPO, MSP, SOW, Direct Sourcing, and other HR Solutions. She started her career with MRINetwork, gaining a great knowledge of the search industry. She moved on to specialize in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) with WorldConcert/WorldBridge Partners. She widened her experience adding Managed Service Providers (MSP) to her skillset with Broadleaf Results. Adept at developing strong strategic client relationship and growing strong teams, Judy has worked with both start ups and Fortune 500 clients. She is highly effective in identifying and partnering with stakeholders to implement change initiatives while maintaining an engaged workforce. Judy graduated from Wittenberg University.
